The idea for Blossom - Stylish Maternity Clothes, developed when owner Barbara Stice realized during her first pregnancy in 1999 and second more recent pregnancy, that despite an ever-increasing number of women insisting on keeping their great sense of style throughout their pregnancy, maternity clothing options were still not meeting the demand, and when available, were in limited distribution. 

After further surveying friends, co-workers and acquaintances, stay-at-home moms and women executives in several different parts of the country, the same common theme arose; Women are in fact highly dissatisfied with the currently available maternity clothes options and want to look more stylish, and wear maternity clothes that make them look and feel more like themselves while expecting.  The great news is the maternity wear  industry has undergone radical change over the past two years and more and more new maternity clothes designers are stepping up to meet demand. 

 It's from this combination of desire to fill a niche, provide a quality product for a fair price and improve the pregnancy experience for style-conscious women that Blossom was born.  

Our mission is to provide fashionable, tasteful maternity clothing and accessories for the expecting mom. We have compiled what we feel are some of the best maternity labels available and are constantly looking for exciting new designers and brands to meet our clientele’s needs.  You’ll notice that all of the styles and brands we carry have a few things in common:

O      Focus on quality of craftsmanship and style, providing value and longevity of wear.

O      Flattering to a woman’s changing maternal shape and intended to make her feel and look more attractive during    pregnancy.

O      Maternity clothes options that allow her to maintain her strong sense of style and self rather than wearing maternity clothes she wouldn’t think of wearing pre-pregnancy.
