Return and Shipping Policy:

*FREE SHIPPING offer on Bellabands, and select diaper bags, applies only to GROUND SHIPPING(continental USA only) and does NOT include the following: Furniture, International orders, APO/FPO orders, and any orders on the AAFES(military/govt) sites. Please note that shipments to AK and HI do not apply to Free Shipping promotions and may incur additional costs if an item is in excess of 3 lbs. If coupon codes are used for purchases that do not contain at least one(1) of the free shipping items, then the shipping will be added back to the purchase.
Note that in our FREE SHIPPING promotions, if an item is returned for a refund or store credit, then applicable shipping charges will be deducted. Percentage off coupons may NOT be used on exchanges or on store credit purchases.

Overnight Shipments are $44 for all orders within the continental 48 states. 2nd Day air via UPS/USPS is $19.95 and is also only available for continental US. 3-Day Select via UPS is $13.95 and is only valid for the continental US. If order is over 7lbs and/or is a large package, we do reserve the right to increase the Express charges. We will contact you before shipment if this is necessary. All International, HI, and AK orders will have to be quoted for Express rates. Note that Express Shipping is for business days only and any order placed after 2pm CT will not be shipped until the next business day. PLEASE CALL if this is a problem. We will try our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Not all items on the site are available for Express shipment and we will notify you immediately if this becomes an issue.


Blossom Maternity gladly accepts returns & exchanges.


Normally merchandise must be received according to our policy in new condition with tags/packaging attached within 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. If for any reason you need additional time to return your item(s), please do not hesitate to contact us.

If items are returned after 14 days, we have the right to refuse refund or exchange, or we may issue store credit less 20% and shipping costs.


If you did not receive a return slip, one can be printed from our site.

Send items back securely wrapped and remember to keep the tracking numbers. We recommend you insure the items for your protection, as we will not be responsible for any items lost during shipment.


If you are to receive a store credit the total credit along with an exclusive coupon code for your credit will be emailed to you.

You have 180 days from the time the store credit is issued to redeem it.


Store Credit returned items include but are not limited to: bras/ nursing wear, baby bedding, Clearance items, and special occasion(formal) dresses. These dresses are the ones that are usually $200 or more and will always say "FINAL SALE" below the products description.


FINAL SALE items include but are not limited to: baby bedding, art work, Clearance sale items(except swimwear), underwear, pantyhose, jewelry, formal dresses/gowns, strollers, unused skin care products.



If these above items are returned we may refuse to refund/exchange, or we may refund less 20% plus shipping from your total and issue you a store credit. Any alterations done to items will also disqualify the item for exchange and/or refund.

ANY ITEM THAT IS CUSTOM MADE IS CONSIDERED NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE. CUSTOM MADE ITEMS TEND TO BE JEWELRY WITH INITIALS OR BIRTHSTONES, FURNITURE, FURNITURE WITH HAND PAINTED NAMES, PHRASES, ETC., AND OTHER APPLICABLE ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS WHATSOEVER UNLESS THERE IS AN ERROR IN THE ORDER. WE CANNOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE USED SKIN CARE ITEMS DUE TO HEALTH REGULATIONS.


Exchanged items(except those for size changes) and orders that use a store credit are not eligible for free shipping.


Orders for overnight, 2-day delivery, and 3-Day Delivery must be received by 2pm Central Time for them to be shipped that day. If after that time, they will ship the next business day. PLEASE CALL IF AN EXCEPTION IS NEEDED.

Not all items are available for express shipping, we will contact you if this becomes an issue or you can contact us before placing your order.


Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Call or email your request, we will do everything we can to assist you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer's responsibility to send the package back to BellaBlu Maternity and the original return/ exchange policy will be applied.


A $9.00 surcharge applies to all shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.


APO, International, and Canadian orders:

International orders can take up to 2 weeks to clear customs and be delivered. Please be aware we are not responsible for tariff and custom duties.

International and Canadian shipments will receive a surcharge- a difference between what was actually charged and what it actually cost BellaBlu Maternity to send the package. We also insure all international orders. All APO/FPO orders may receive an additional $5-$10 handling charge as they must be hand delivered to the USPS(per Federal law) and must be insured. APO/FPO orders are not eligible for any type of "Free Shipping" promotions. Sorry!


Shipping for Cribs, Furniture, Mirrors, and Play Sets or Heavy/ Bulky items:

These items are nonrefundable and no exchanges can be made. A surcharge of 15% will be added after the order is placed. Call or email for lead times. If defective, please call for an RA# and instructions of return shipment.

Highchairs cost $24.95 to ship ground.


If for whatever reason a shipment is refused by the receiver, or is deemed undeliverable due to no one to accept the package, a 20% restocking fee will be applied and all costs for sending the package back to Blossom Maternity will be incurred by the original purchaser.


If for any reason a shipment is returned to us, because no one was able to sign or you have left the package at the pick up location too long, and you would still like to receive the order you will be charged shipping.
If an order has shipped and needs to be delivered to an alternate address the fee incurred will be charged to you.
